Refund & Return Policy
Physical Artwork & Products
Each original artwork offered by 983 Studio is created with significant time, care, and intention. Because artwork is highly personal and details such as color, texture, scale, and materials can be difficult to fully convey through photographs or screens, collectors are encouraged to review listings carefully and reach out with any questions prior to purchasing. Additional images, details, or clarification are always available upon request. For this reason, all original artworks are considered final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for original artwork due to preference changes, color variation, scale perception, or other subjective reasons.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your artwork immediately upon delivery. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item, contact info@983studio.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the artwork, packaging, and any damage. Great care is taken in packaging artwork, and issues caused during transit will be reviewed and addressed at our discretion. Depending on the situation, this may include repair, replacement (if available), or a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: original artwork, sale items, gift cards, and custom or commissioned work.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to damage or error, return instructions will be provided. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. To be eligible, artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Contact info@983studio.com to initiate an EU return request.
Retreats, Workshops & Creative Experiences
Registration for retreats, workshops, and creative experiences is subject to the specific cancellation and transfer policies outlined on the event page and FAQ. Because Restore & Create involves significant advance planning, venue commitments, and material preparation, the following policy applies. All retreat registrations include a $500 non-refundable deposit, which covers early, non-recoverable costs. If cancellation occurs more than 90 days prior to the retreat start date, any remaining balance paid beyond the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat are generally non-refundable. Registrations may be transferred to another attendee with written notice up to 14 days prior to the retreat, pending host approval. While refunds cannot be guaranteed within 90 days, true emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, when possible, alternatives such as a partial refund, credit, or transfer may be offered.
In the Unlikely Event of Host Cancellation
If Restore & Create must be canceled by the host due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, illness, natural disasters, venue closure, or other unforeseen events, participants will be notified promptly. In such cases, attendees will be offered either a refund of fees paid minus non-recoverable expenses or a credit toward a future Restore & Create event. The host is not responsible for personal travel or lodging expenses.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable policies outlined above.
